The Institute / University from which the B.com/ M.com/CA Inter has been completed must be recognized by the Central Education Board/StateGovernment Board/ UT/Bihar State Government Board etc.
- 50% Weightage will be given to Educational Qualification and 50% to marks obtained in CBT.

Successful candidates shall serve as Accountant cum IT assistant at Bihar Gram Swaraj Yojna Society, BGSYS for amaximum period of 36 (Thirty-Six)) months on the outsourced (contractual) basis from the date of appointment.Renewal of contract would be based on performance and requirement of the society/department.
- Bihar Gram Swaraj Yojna Society, BGSYS reserves the right to change (increase or decrease) the duration of the contractof Accountant cum IT assistant without assigning any reason.

The successful candidates can be posted anywhere in Bihar based on vacancy and requirements at the post. The candidates cannot claim for posting at a particular district in this regard.
- The number of vacancies mentioned abovetentative and may change by 20% (Increase or Decrease) as per requirement.
- BGSYS reserves the right to change the number of positions or vacancies or cancel any or all the positions mentioned inthe advertisement without assigning any reason.
- 10% of the total vacant posts mentioned above can be reserved for future planning.
- Rule or reservation for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and Freedom Fighters will be as per the Bihar GovernmentRecruitment Roster.

The candidate for the outsourcedposition must be eligible in terms of age, educational qualifications, etc. as per Recruitment Rules notified by the society for the post in which he/she intends to apply.

In case of any doubt/confusion regarding the terms and conditions of this advertisement, the decision of the ProjectDirector, Bihar Gram Swaraj Yojna Society, shall be final.
- The court of jurisdiction for any dispute will be restricted to Patna only.
