Important Instruction
- It is necessary that the online examination application form is filled by oneself. If an applicant’s application is incompletely filled or filled by someone else or more than one application is received, the application form will be rejected/canceled.
- 15. If the details filled by the applicant in the online examination application form are found incorrect, his application form will be rejected and his result will be cancelled.
- Use of capital letters is prohibited only for signatures on declaration form and application form.
- Any dispute related to the said examination will be within the jurisdiction of the High Court, Patna only.
- Any kind of information related to this examination can be obtained under the Right to Information Act-2005 only for 30 days from the date of publication of the result.
- 19. After depositing the application fee, applicants will download a hard copy of their application form and keep it safely. If any information is found incorrect in the filled application, the candidature of the candidate will be cancelled.
- 20. If at any stage between the process of filling the examination application and the process of publication of the result or after the publication of the result, it is found that the concerned candidate was not eligible for this examination, his/her candidature and result will be cancelled.
