Important Instructions for filling application form through OFSS

• Through OFSS (Online Facilitation System for Students) you can choose minimum ten and maximum twenty options in different colleges or schools through one application form.
• You can apply to twenty different colleges or schools through the online application form. Choose your options as per your preference list.
• While filling the options in the application, ensure that your selection process will be completed according to the option which you fill first. While filling the options, ensure that your priority list is as per your choice. The first successful option in the priority list of the college or school filled by you in which you will be selected, your name will appear in the enrollment list of that college or school. You will get this information through email, SMS and OFSS website.
• For this application you will have to pay application fee of Rs 350.
• To fill the application form, it is necessary to have a mobile number and e-mail ID so that all the information related to your admission will be sent to the mobile number and e-mail ID.
• The mobile number will be verified through OTP, so before filling the form, ensure that the mobile number is correct and in service.
• To apply, scan your passport size photograph and keep it in the computer.
• After filling your form, see it in the PREVIEW page. After filling all the information, make sure that all the information filled is correct. CONFIRM the form only after making sure.
• Keep in mind that the form will not be accepted without payment. Therefore, it is necessary that you make your payment online or offline.
